Refuge Rocks Youth Program: Creatures of the Night (Ages 5–10)

Creatures of the Night is a free, hands-on Refuge Rocks program for children ages 5–10 at Hagerman National Wildlife Refuge on Saturday, October 17, 2026, from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. Young explorers learn how nocturnal animals use keen senses, camouflage and clever behaviors to thrive in the dark through a mini lesson, a night-themed craft to take home and a hands-on activity. Space is limited and advance registration is encouraged.
