Texoma HR's 4th Annual Symposium is a full-day professional-development event for HR professionals and workplace leaders at the Sherman Municipal Ballroom. The morning session, "Architect Language: A Framework for Clarity and Culture," is presented by Justin Carroll and Stacey Hansen of The Fortified Mindset and focuses on communication patterns, workplace culture and practical tools for clearer leadership conversations. The afternoon session, "Coaching Leaders to Handle Employee Relations Situations," is presented by Michael J. Mirarchi of Mirarchi Management Group and covers employee complaints, performance counseling, workplace conduct and lawsuit-prevention strategies. Lunch is included with registration.
