Aqua Aerobics

Join Tanglewood Resort for a Saturday morning aqua aerobics class at the resort pools. The water-based fitness class normally takes place in the middle outdoor pool and may be moved indoors when weather does not permit outdoor use. Walk-ins are welcome.
