About Waterloo Dog Park

Waterloo Dog Park is a 1.5-acre dedicated dog recreation area within Denison's Waterloo Lake recreation area. The fenced park provides separate spaces for small and large dogs, allowing dogs to exercise and socialize in appropriately sized areas. Amenities include sand pits for digging and play, drinking fountains for both pets and their owners, and covered seating where visitors can relax while their dogs enjoy the park. Its location beside Waterloo Lake Regional Park and the Katy Trail also makes it convenient to combine a dog-park visit with a walk through the larger recreation area.
