About Friendship Park
Friendship Park is a City of Pottsboro municipal park and one of the community's primary outdoor gathering places. Located along FM 120, the park includes playground equipment, a gazebo, picnic tables, benches, a historic bridge, restroom facilities and open space suitable for recreation and community activities. Friendship Park also serves as an important Pottsboro event venue and hosts the city's annual Frontier Day festival along with other community gatherings. The park gazebo can be reserved through the City of Pottsboro for private gatherings including parties, weddings and reunions.
